VERVE Design Studio was responsible for the design of this tenant build-out within a new retail shell building for a new Sugarfire Smoke House restaurant in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Design elements following the industrial/shipping theme include elements such as a shipping container beverage station, and shipping container booths to seat large groups. A communal hand washing sink makes for easy cleanup after a saucy meal.

Custom exterior designed elements include a concrete patio stamped and stained to resemble wood planks, covered by a metal pergola, a custom architectural metal enclosure for the smokers, and a vintage truck community table, complete with a fire pit bed & TV.
